Portal.

3.- Authorisation to Use: The information, images, texts, documents and any other content posted in “islamagica.es” may be viewed only for information purposes by any visitor of our website. 6.- Condition of purchase: Tickets sold are non-refundable. Season passes are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used. Once cancellation has been requested by the holder of the purchase, the refund will be made to the credit card with which the payment was made.

7.- By purchasing the Season Pass you accept that: Isla Mágica is an enclosed area with limited capacity. You can access the park with the Season Pass directly and without the need to book, as long as the capacity of the park is not full. Access to the park may be limited on certain days, depending on the type of Pass purchased. The Season Pass holder will be able to make use of the benefits of the Season Pass from the day of collection, which will be at least 24 hours after the online purchase. The number of Season Passes on sale is limited. The Isla Mágica opening calendar may be subject to change. The physical Season Pass is required to access the park. In case of loss or misplacement, a duplicate will be issued at a cost of €3.
